We are looking for:
Customer Care Agents
As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product and service information and support across multiple channels, troubleshooting issues, whilst ensuring excellent service. This full-time role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, on a scheduled roster.
What you need:
• Strong English & Maltese communication skills;
• School leaving certificate or 1 year of experience in a related role;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain professionalism.

Retail Advisor
As a Retail Advisor, you’ll assist customers in our outlets, providing product support and driving sales. A customer-first approach and a friendly attitude are key to success in this role.
You must be willing to work on a roster basis to accommodate outlet opening hours, including weekends and public holidays. Additionally, you should be open to working in different outlets as needed.
What you need:
• School leaving certificate or 1 year of experience in a related role;
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Good computer literacy;
• Sales and problem-solving mindset.

Business Sales Executive
As a Business Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting a range of products and services. This role involves meeting clients, delivering presentations, and driving strategic revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer experience.
What you need:
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, dealing with business customers;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• A valid driving license.

Technicians
We are currently on the lookout for various technicians to join our team within the following areas: 4P Technician, Maintenance Technician, ELV Technician and Electrical Technician.
4P Technician
As a 4P Technician, you will be on the front line every day - installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting - to make sure each customer enjoys a smooth, reliable experience.
What you need:
• Driving license;
• Willingness to work outdoors and at heights;
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to problem solver, keeping our GO sites safe, functional, and looking their best.
What you need:
• Secondary level of education (minimum);
• At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance or general repair;
• Driving license.
ELV Technician
As an ELV Technician, you will work on systems including security, fire detection, access control, and CCTV - ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and timely repairs.
What you need:
• At least 2 years’ experience in ELV systems;
• Driving license;
• Strong problem-solving skills.
Electrical Technician
As an Electrical Technician, you will support the ongoing safety, performance, and reliability of our electrical infrastructure.
What you need:
• Wireman License A;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical installations or maintenance;
• Driving license;
• Willingness to complete Wireman License B.
